Enhancing this majestic wilhelminian Gründerzeit house by two floors, we kept style and details of the building intact in our photorealistic visualization for OCM Immobilien.
The house is located near the popular Sternschanze district in Hamburg while still enjoying a quiet surrounding, including a green courtyard in back. Two new floors will add 10 modern apartments and extend the chic historical facade, respecting all style conventions.
Our job was to visualize the plan and fill it with life – we created a bright spring atmosphere that underlines the optimism and elegance of the project.
