We’re proud to present a series of 7 projects on which we collaborated with OCM Immobilien! OCM specializes in real estate for the beautiful city of Hamburg.
This planned object is based on a green property and will be surrounded by pre-existing trees. It’s a 3-floor building with a green roof and houses five family apartments, each of them featuring generous garden spaces and floor-to-ceiling windows to allow for a strong connection to the outdoors.
We made sure to emphasize the nature-oriented building philosophy by rendering juicy green lawn, cheering sunlight and a lively neighborhood community to complete the picture.
